My7on7 offers a Youth and High School Football Academy. The academy is an off-season football training program designed to improve athletes’ performance. Training is focused on position-specific skill sets and enhancing football IQ by recreating real game situations. Trainers have extensive football and performance training experience at the high school, collegiate, and/or professional levels. They are all dedicated to helping athletes reach their goals and peak performance. We welcome all athletes dedicated to the sport of football to join our family.
YFA (Youth Football Academy) | 3rd-8th Grade
HSFA (High School Football Academy) | 9th-12th Grade
Sunday Mornings | January - April | 9 am - 10 am (arrive by 8:45 am)
Jan-March: Augsburg University - Edor Nelson Field Dome
April: We'll move outdoors! The exact location will be shared at a later date.
