Team Opportunities:

There are 4 volunteer opportunities within each team:

• Head Coach – aid players in the development and game facilitator.
• Assistant Coach – aid head coach with instructing players.
• Team Manager – league point of contact, and works with head coach to communicate details to parents.
• Athletic Trainer – assist with player injuries.

The Role of a Coach

Coaching a team is one of the most demanding and rewarding jobs. Whether you are a first time coach or professional - you have a great opportunity to play an influential role in the development of your players, both athletically and "off the field" as well.  Many of the lessons you teach your players will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Being part of the coaches group we understand and appreciate the time commitment. The coaches section will serve as a guide for coaches throughout the year. We appreciate your dedication and passion to helping young athletes grow. Thank you for coaching with My7on7!

Join us for our Coaches Corner Support Sessions!

We're here for you every step of the way. Join us on April 11th and 18th at 7:30 pm for our coaching support meetings. These sessions are geared toward newer coaches. Topics covered will consist of clarity of rules, playbooks and other tips to help lead your team.
