2025 My7on7 FOOTBALL ACADEMY

My7on7 offers a Youth and High School Football Academy. The academy is an off-season football training program designed to improve athlete’s performance.  Training is focused on position specific skill sets, and enhancing football IQ by recreating real game situations.

Trainers have extensive football and performance training experience at the high school, collegiate, and/or professional levels.  They are all dedicated to helping athletes reach their goals and peak performance.

We welcome all athletes of all skill levels and abilities to join our training program.

Age Groups:
YFA (Youth Football Academy) | 3rd-8th Grade
HSFA (High School Football Academy) | 9th-12th Grade

Dates:
Sunday Mornings | January - April | 9am - 10am (arrive by 8:45am)
Jan. 5, 12, 26
Feb. 2, 9, 23
March 2, 23, 30
April: 6, 13, 27

Locations:
Jan-March: Augsburg University - Edor Nelson Field Dome 
April: TBD - Twin Cities Area

Packages:
12 Sessions | $350 ($450 for QB's)
3 Sundays each month

6 Sessions | $200 ($300 for QB's)
3 Sundays per month
Choose: Jan/Feb, Feb/March, or March/April

My7on7 has partnered with GRIND Sports Performance Training to offer specialized speed and skills training. This program is designed to develop explosive speed, enhance coordination, and sharpen the technical skills needed to excel in any sport! Check out the details below.

3 Days per week | Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday

Locations
Sundays: Augsburg University - Edor Nelson Field Dome 

  • Time: 9:00 - 10:00am

Tues/Thurs: Conway Recreation Center (DOME)

  • Youth (3rd-8th): 7:15 - 8:15pm
  • High School: 8:00 - 9:00pm

50 Sessions | $1100 ($1200 for QB's) - BEST VALUE!
Payment plan is available.
 

Registrations will be accepted through the last session of the Football Academy.

Develop Elite Behavior Skills, Love The GRIND


Grind Sports Performance Training, will focus on building fundamentals, coordination, and balance for ALL SPORTS. This training regimen is designed to enhance sports performance both mentally and physically in young athletes.

Grades: 3rd - 8th, and High School
Training is for all skillsets, abilities, and positions!
