Requirements

Head and Assistant Coach Requirements:
Volunteer coaches are needed in order to run a smooth and successful league.

Please complete the box on the registration form if you are interested in coaching. A My7on7 team member will contact you with more information, confirm that you are a coach and ensure all steps of the safety and certification program are fulfilled.

Agreement to being a coach includes the following commitment:

  • Commitment for all weeks and games of the season.
  • As head coach if you are unable to attend all weeks,  you must work with other volunteers and/or parents to provide coverage.
  • All coaches must complete the safety and certification program prior to the beginning of the season.

  2. Abuse Prevention Training (as part of the Safe Sports Act)

If you sign up to be a head coach, and are CONFIRMED by My7on7, you will have the option to receive a partial refund for your player's registration fee.* 

*Player registration fee refunds disclaimer: only confirmed, head coaches will receive the refund. Head coaches must complete and comply with all safety and certification requirements. Refunds will only be provided at the end of the season and once verified by My7on7 that the above requirements are satisfied. Refunds do not include processing fees, background check fees, or abuse prevention training fees, and any other fees that My7on7 deems necessary.   Refunds are provided for one child per team coached.
