2026 Team Registration Fees


Register by January 16th at 11:59pm to receive early bird pricing.

  • 6U | 8U | 10U Division | $350

Discounts for Multi-Team Registrations

  • 10% off | 3–4 teams
  • 15% off | 5 or more teams

Late Registration Fees
 

January 17th: All division fees increase by $100.

  • 6U | 8U | 10U Division | $450

January 24th at 11:59pm registration closes.

Loyalty credits
 

  • Register for 2 tournaments in 2026 → Get 5% OFF your 3rd.
  • Register for 3 tournaments in 2026 → Get 10% OFF your 4th and every tournament after.

PLAYERS:

  • Players complete eligibility and waiver form (received from coach).
  •  7on7 Soft-Shell Helmet required. (Limited helmets will be available on-site to rent or purchase - if needed).

Player Verification Fees

  • $10 per player thru January 25th at 11:59pm.
  • $50 per player thru January 26th at 11:59pm.
  • January 27th, player verification registration CLOSED – players will NOT be able to participate in the tournament.

Age Eligibility:

  • 6U: Players must be 6 years old or younger on January 1, 2026
  • 8U: Players must be 8 years old or younger on January 1, 2026.
  • 10U: Players must be 10 years old or younger on January 1, 2026.

For example: A player is 10 as of January 1, 2026 but turns 11 on January 2nd. That Player is classified as 10 for the season and is eligible to play in 10U Division all season.

Player Verification and Eligibility Process

Steps:

  1. Once teams are registered, coaches will receive a custom Player Eligibility and Age Verification link for their players to complete.
  2. Players must complete the form, upload the required documents, and pay the $10.00 verification fee. Documents include the following:
    • A clear headshot (no sunglasses, hoodies, hats, helmets or full body photos allowed.)
    • Government-issued ID (birth certificate or ID that includes their full name and date of birth).
  3. My7on7 will then review and verify each player.
  4. Players will be rostered to their team after verification. If not rostered, players are not yet eligible.
  5. Players/Guardians/Coaches can download the Sports Engine app to check verification status.

Note:

  • Players without the necessary documents are considered ineligible until documents are uploaded and verified by a My7on7 staff member.
  • Any player that does not meet the requirements (including providing false information, not legible, etc. will not be allowed to compete).
