SUMMER SPEED/AGILITY TRAINING

Our training program will provide your athlete with the tools they need to improve endurance, speed, power and flexibility. The program focuses on building fundamentals, coordination and balance while emphasizing the importance of health and safety. These small group sessions will build their confidence to succeed in their next sport.

Days of the Week: Tuesday/Thursday

Times: 9:00am – 10:00am

Grades: (2022-2023) 3rd – 8th grade

Cost: $240 for 8 sessions or $480 for 16 sessions

Positional Trainings
QB, DB, & WR

We are now offering trainings for athletes who want to step up their skills in their preferred positions! Are you looking to improve in a specific skill set? This training is for you! Come work with My7on7 staff this summer!

What: QB, DB, & WR positional training

Times: 10:00am - 11:00am

Grades: (2022-2023) 3rd – 8th grade

Cost: $240 for 8 sessions or $480 for 16 sessions

We are now offering 7on7 league play in the summer!! For those wanting to try out the sport or those that can't get enough of the game - we accept all players regardless of their year's of playing the sport.

Dates: Choose either June or July or BOTH!

Tuesdays: June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
OR
Tuesdays: July 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Between 6-9PM
Two - three games each week
