Schedules will be posted using the Tourney Machine App the week of the tournament.

• Players complete eligibility and waiver form (received from coach).
•  7on7 Soft-Shell Helmet required. (Limited helmets will be available on-site to rent or purchase - if needed).

• Coaches submit the rosters using the 3-step "Team Registration" link below. (There is a $350 Team Fee for 8U & $500 Team Fee for 10U and $750 for 12U-18U)
• Team registration deadline: February 12th
• Coaches will receive a player eligibility and waiver form to send to their players.
• Players must submit eligibility and waiver form no later than Thursday, May 8th.

Steps:

1. Once teams are registered, coaches will receive a custom Player Eligibility and Age Verification link for their players to complete.
2. Players must complete the form, upload the required documents, and pay the $10.00 verification fee. Documents include the following:
   1. A clear headshot (no sunglasses, hoodies, hats, helmets or full body photos allowed.)
   2. Government-issued ID (birth certificate or ID that includes their full name and date of birth).
3. My7on7 will then review and verify each player.
4. Players will be rostered to their team after verification. If not rostered, players are not yet eligible.
5. Players/Guardians/Coaches can download the Sports Engine app to check verification status.

Note:

• Players without the necessary documents are considered ineligible until documents are uploaded and verified by a My7on7 staff member.
• Any player that does not meet the requirements (including providing false information, not legible, etc. will not be allowed to compete).
• If players have to be verified ON SITE, there will be a $50 fee imposed PER PLAYER.
• It is highly encouraged to complete this eligibility and waiver form a minimum of 5 days before the tournament. However, the FINAL deadline is Thursday, Februry13th at 11:59 pm.

• 8U: Players must be 8 years old or younger on January 1, 2025
• 10U: Players must be 10 years old or younger on January 1, 2025.
• 12U: Players must be 12 years old or younger on January 1, 2025.
• 14U: Players must be 14 years old or younger on January 1, 2025.
• 15U: Players must be 15 years old or younger on January 1, 2025.
• 18U: Players must be 18 years old or younger on January 1, 2025. 

For example: A player is 14 as of January 1, 2025 but turns 15 on January 2nd. That Player is classified as 14 for the season and is eligible to play in 14U Division all season.
