Why 7on7 & Flag

  • Introduces the game of football in a fun and safe environment.
  • Allows for high repetition and the opportunity to play multiple positions in a short season.
  • Athletes will focus on both offensive and defensive skills to increase game IQ to benefit those that want to play football at the High School level.

All GIRLS (3rd-12th Grade)
Regular Rate: $85 by March 13th at 11:59pm
Late: $135 beginning March 14th (based on availability)


CO-ED (K-12th Grade)
Kindergarten: $85

Early Bird: $115 by December 1st at 11:59pm
Regular Rate: $149 by March 13th at 11:59pm
Late: $199 beginning March 14th (based on availability)

SCHEDULE Games are Sundays only, with practices held one hour prior each week.
Regular Season sessions run approximately 1.5 hours each.

*Tournament Scheduling Note: Expected tournament times vary by region, and divisions may have sessions competing in multiple brackets within scheduled timeframes.

Team Formation & Registration Options

Whether you're signing up solo or with a full team, My7on7 offers flexible options to make sure every player has a great season.

Registration Types

You’ll choose one of these during registration:

1. Individual (I need a Team)

  • Sign up individually — we’ll place you on a team based on school, city, or availability.
  • You may request one friend (they must also list your name).
  • Fee Includes uniform, practice T-shirt, and flag belts (5v5 only).
  • A coach will be assigned in March. (Note, volunteer coaches are needed and can sign up during registration. See details below).

2. Player-Paid Team

  • Join a pre-formed team where each player registers and pays individually.
  • Ideal for teams with a coach, but where players handle their own payment.
  • Have your team name and coach’s name ready—you’ll need to enter both during registration.
  • Fee includes uniform, practice T-shirt, and flag belts (5v5 only).

3. Coach-Paid Team

  • coach or team manager pays the entire team fee.
  • Players register individually to complete waivers and select optional gear. Note: The team fee must be paid in full before players can register. Please check with your coach before starting registration.
  • Ideal for teams with a sponsor or for coaches who want to lock in the early bird rate while giving players extra time to register.

Coach-Paid Team Information

Team Fee Breakdown (Coach-Paid Teams Only)

  • Boys / Co-Ed: $799 for up to 7 players
  • Girls Flag: $425 for up to 5 players
  • Additional players: $115 (boys) or $85 (girls)

Coach-Paid Team fees do not include uniforms, helmets, or practice shirts. Teams may provide their own gear, add items during team registration, or allow players to purchase them individually during their waiver registration.

Important Details:

  • Teams must provide their own coach.
  • All players must still register individually to complete waivers.
  • During registration, players will select their team/coach name for proper placement.
  • If the full team fee is not paid by January 31st, the team will forfeit its spot.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward an individual player fee.

Coaches Needed – Join the Team!

We rely on dedicated volunteer coaches for all teams. Indicate your interest in coaching during registration.
Coaches receive:

  • Access to playbooks
  • Ongoing support and resources

Time Commitment:

  • Attend regular season sessions on Sundays: April 12th, 19th, and 26th.
  • Lead practices - held one hour before Sunday games. Any additional practices are at your discretion. 
  • Be available for the State Tournament on May 3rd.

All coaches must complete:

  • Background Check
  • Concussion Training
  • SafeSport Certification
  • Code of Conduct Agreement
